We start with a meeting where we discuss the client's needs, the requirements of the space and the goals of the project. We review the site, the budget and the timeline to set a realistic base before the design stage.

In this stage I develop the project through plans, moodboards and preliminary 3D models. Together we settle the logic of the space, the material palette and the overall atmosphere, integrating your feedback before moving on.

I produce realistic renderings and 3D models that illustrate the final look of the project. These visuals help clients and collaborators understand proportions, light and materials before execution. Depending on the project, both still images and 3D files can be delivered.

I prepare the detailed drawings - plans, sections, elevations and execution details. The documentation includes quantity take-offs and material specifications used for pricing and coordination. It is the basis for obtaining permits and for clear communication with builders and suppliers.

I stay involved during execution, coordinating with builders and suppliers. I check that details, materials and finishes are carried out as designed. Site visits and adjustments keep the project on track to the final result.
